Creating Vault Items

A vault item is a secure entry of payment. This information is not stored on a Kicksite server. Instead, the payment information is managed on a secure, PCI compliant system by our payment provider, Solupay. The financial information is never seen nor can it be accessed by Kicksite.

To create a Vault Item:

  1. Click on Billing in the top left hand corner

2. Hover over Vault and click on New Vault Item

3. Make sure to fill in all of the fields then click the button at the bottom that says Add Vault Item

To view Vault List

4. Hover over Vault and then click on Vault List

5. Click on View to the far right of the item you would like to see

  • Remember: you will not be able to see the full credit card number for security reasons, but you can see the last 4

To Edit the vault item

6. Click on Edit to the far right of the item you would like to edit

7. When Edit is clicked, you will not be able to see any of the credit card information and will need to re-enter all of the required information

8. Click Update at the bottom
